Philip Travaglini’s passion for financial services is rooted in one thing: a genuine care for people. Since beginning his career in 2000, Philip has dedicated his work to helping others grow, lead, and become the best version of themselves. In his role, he empowers advisors by helping them identify and leverage their unique abilities, while providing inclusive coaching and development designed to help them build the business and life they envision.

Philip has been recognized multiple times for his leadership, but he is quick to credit the team around him. At Worthington, he works alongside a group of people who believe in lifting each other up, challenging one another to grow, and creating an environment where advisors feel supported as they pursue meaningful success.

Outside of work, Philip’s family is his world. He and his wife, Jenn, have been married since 2001 and have three children, Philip, Ava, and Dominic, along with their dogs, Rocky and Creed.
