Joan Saunderson is an Events & Operations Specialist at Financial Growth Partners, where she brings an organized, proactive, and people-focused approach to supporting the FGP Collective. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Joan began her career in event marketing within the telecommunications industry, helping coordinate and support trade shows and other event initiatives. That experience strengthened her ability to bring people, details, and ideas together to create meaningful experiences.
Joan was drawn to FGP by its people-first culture and the opportunity to continue learning and growing as a young professional. She values being someone others can depend on and approaches her work with positivity, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help. Originally from Laurel, Maryland, Joan enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and cooking.
