Janna Climer brings both heart and strategy to her work as a financial professional. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho and an MBA in Finance from Louisiana Tech University. A lifelong numbers person, Janna has always found joy in budgeting, strategizing, and helping others make confident financial decisions. For her, this work has never felt like work. It is something she genuinely loves, even on a Sunday afternoon.
Janna is especially passionate about helping people through major life transitions. She focuses on supporting those in the divorce community who are navigating the overwhelming process of starting over, as well as individuals nearing retirement or just entering the workforce. She believes those seasons often come with some of life’s biggest decisions, and having the right person in your corner can make all the difference. Her philosophy is simple: finances are not just about building a budget, they are also about protecting what you have and creating more freedom to choose your own path.
As a mother of five, including a daughter at Virginia Tech, Janna understands how personal financial decisions can be. She joined Financial Growth Partners because of its people-first approach and commitment to putting clients at the center of the story. That alignment allows her to do what she does best: listen deeply, honor each client’s journey, and make a meaningful impact that reaches far beyond the numbers. Outside of work, Janna enjoys reading, playing the piano, singing in her car, staying active, and getting in the ocean whenever she can.
