Gibson attended Georgetown University and graduated in 2015. He worked in staffing and recruiting prior to joining the Financial Service industry in 2020.
He is eager to leverage his prior experience in hiring to work with business owners on the go-to strategies for employee retention and creating a competitive environment that will attract the best talent for his clients.
When he isn't busy building his practice, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Kristen, daughter Josie and son Cooper.
