Genevieve Paeglow

 Genevieve Paeglow serves as Financial Growth Partners Regional Director of Talent Experience, leading the firm's horizontal growth and talent infusion into its unrivaled career development program. 

She joined the financial services industry in 2020 after nearly five years in professional recruiting and staffing. A graduate of the Guardian Leadership Institute, Genevieve’s main focus is supporting new associates through every step of the onboarding process.  

A native of Albany, NY, Genevieve moved to Rochester, NY in 2013 to attend and play collegiate softball at St. John Fisher College where she graduated with a marketing degree.  She was a member of Fisher's history-making softball teams in 2016 & 2017, reaching back-to-back Division III College World Series in her junior and senior seasons. 

In her free time Genevieve enjoys running, trying new restaurants' and traveling.
