Hey there! I serve Financial Growth Partners as the Director of Talent Acquisition. My role is to attract high-level participants of life to our firm- individuals who embody the Highlighter core value within their communities while also being consistently In Motion. As a collective firm, Financial Growth Partners is dedicated to being Actually Different by promoting both Independent and Collective interests, and we would appreciate an introduction to anyone who fits this description.
I joined FGP in 2022 after working in law, business organizations, restaurants, healthcare, and agriculture. One of my top passions is service and hospitality, and it is my #1 goal to make each person I come in contact with feel that they are valued, seen, and heard.
I hold a joint degree in Communications & Journalism from Regent University. I also am a graduate of Loudoun County's Leadership Loudoun program, a 2021 Recipient of Loudoun County's 40 Under 40 Award (loudoun40under40.com), and a Certified Tourism Ambassador for the Northern Virginia region.
Born in Texas, I had the privilege of being raised between three different countries. I identify as a life-long learner and am obsessed with consuming knowledge- books, podcasts, articles, stories, television, and films.
When not working, I enjoy acting in local theatre productions, yoga, working out, being outside as much as possible, volunteering with local nonprofits, exploring new places, spending time laughing with friends, taking trips, visiting family, and also simply being at home.
