Benjamin Teichman

Benjamin Teichman was named Managing Partner of Financial Growth Partners on June 1, 2022 and guides the firm in partnership with Matt Vahue and Will Crossan. 

Ben is committed to redefining the traditional financial planning model that has failed consumers. The financial advisory business has been operating under the same model for decades, and FGP aims to change the outcome and experience for both clients and their advisors.  

Prior to joining FGP, Ben was the founder of Chicago Financial Group in Chicago, IL where he led his firm's strategic vision for growth. He’s helped clients navigate their financial lives and manage the uncertainty of the equity markets.  Ben’s life mission is to help people advance their lives personally, professionally and financially. 

"My favorite part of planning is the deep relationships formed and helping my clients determine how to SPEND their money,” says Ben. During his time at Chicago Financial Group, Ben became an industry leader in the expansion of financial advisor business models.

 Outside of the office, Ben likes to spend his time with passport in hand.  He has visited 32 countries with a plan to visit all 7 continents.  Ben strives to live his life by design (aka endless possibilities) and gets his energy by being outdoors! He enjoys playing most sports, hiking and has a passion for live music, first editions, and chocolate cookies!
