Future Generation Project

The Future Generation Project is a low-commitment program designed for college students who want to explore the financial services industry before committing to a formal internship.
Through monthly sessions, mentorship, and exposure to FGP’s culture, you’ll gain insight into what it looks like to build a career helping others achieve financial confidence.
What You’ll Experience:
- Monthly group sessions (virtual or in person)
- Exposure to financial planning concepts and business strategy
- Personal brand & mindset development
- Case studies & real-world scenarios

Advisor Development Intern
Hands-On Experience That Actually Prepares You.
Our Advisor Development Intern provides real exposure to the financial services industry through mentorship, client interaction, and professional development.
You’ll work alongside experienced advisors, observe client meetings, and learn how financial strategies are built to support real people and families.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in client meetings & planning discussions
- Support financial strategy development
- Contribute to outreach & relationship-building efforts
- Collaborate with a team of professionals
- Learn industry tools & concepts
- Develop communication & leadership skills
Program Details:
- Paid internship
- 6-week program
- Offered Spring, Summer, & Fall
- Approximately 10 hours per week
- In-person at a local FGP office
