The Future Generations Project is designed to be a low commitment program that allows college students to get an in-depth look at a variety of topics throughout the financial services industry with the opportunity to progress into a more formal internship and fulltime opportunity post-graduation. In this highly immersive program, you can discover if running your own financial services practice is in your future.

With our guidance and mentorship, you’ll be exposed to the day-to-day work and developing the necessary skills of a financial professional. Plus, you’ll build the foundation that allows for a fast start should you decide to pursue an internship with Financial Growth Partners in the future.

You are:

• A self‐motivated individual with a confident personality, high integrity, and a strong desire to succeed.
• Passionate about cultivating long-term relationships to help others reach their goals.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and looking for career growth and development.
• Enrolled in a college or university and have an affiliation to the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Once you accept an offer, you’ll be:

• Attending monthly group sessions (via Zoom or in person) to increase your understanding of the Financial Services
  industry and Financial Growth Partners.
• Group Session Topics Include: Case Studies, FGP’s Planning Philosophy, Marketing Development Strategy, Mindset
  Coaching, Product Training, Personal Brand Development and more!
• Learning about marketing, client prospecting techniques, the sales cycle, Guardian product offerings, team building
  and collaborative practices, time management, and more.
