- As a BDA you will work with individuals and businesses within your community to provide financial products and services they need to protect their financial futures. You can make an impact on those around you, and over time, become well compensated.

- Our ‘go to market’ training strategy sets us apart from the others. We help new advisors identify the communities they want to serve and build a business plan around this vertical market. Tapping into an authentic connection enables an advisor to better serve their clients and can provide business growth through referrals.
- We encourage a hybrid work model: you are able to work from the office or remotely in a combination that accommodates your schedule.
What you’ll be doing
- Work with clients to understand their goals, concerns and current financial information.
- Analyze information to create a plan with appropriate strategies, products and services.
- Continually provide clients with information related to financial products and services.
- Develop and maintain a base of clients who value your input and guidance.
- Work with clients to keep their financial plans current and aligned with their goals.
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
- A four‐year college degree

Training for Success
- We believe in the talented people who we hire and invest in so we provide unparalleled support and training. Through our Launch Pad, you’ll have access to online, in‐person local training and off‐site national training and development programs.
- Our Associates also have the opportunity to work with experienced Financial Advisors to learn from others. Many also take part in mentoring relationships and study groups with their peers.
- We know that successful individuals from various backgrounds have the skills and tenacity needed to become a successful Financial Representative. A degree in finance, business or economics is not required. We provide financial support to Associates who wish to pursue industry designations and training.
